Hello!
I’m Jennifer,
Managing Director

Founder of Sleek Events

Jennifer has worked as an event manager for over a decade, organising and running events across the UK and Europe. Over the past seven years, she has steadily grown Sleek Events into a Limited Company and now manages a dedicated full-time team and trusted pool of freelancers to provide clients with a truly bespoke event planning and management service.

Having started out in the corporate world, Jennifer soon decided she would be happier with a broader range of clients and the freedom to create a greater variety of events. So, in 2010 she became a self-employed event manager and began working with agencies, researching and developing new event concepts for their clients and managing events, on and off site.

Jennifer has worked with clients across the retail, broadcast media, technology, sport, finance and motor industries, managing multi-million pound budgets and events for up to 6,000 attendees. She has also organised birthday parties with exceptional cakes that turn out to be the talk of the event!

As her reputation as an event manager has grown, so has the number of referrals and recommendations Jennifer receives, enabling her to gradually expand her business. Sleek Events now has its own stable of clients, which Jennifer manages alongside her continuing relationships with agencies.

I’m truly passionate about the events industry and feel so fortunate that I’ve been able to build my own business doing something I love. Being an event manager is never dull; every brief is different and every event unique. And having clients that are so appreciative turns most of the hard work into great fun.

 – Jennifer Davidson, Founder

Relaxation for Erin includes a boxset marathon or letting off steam at the gym. She’s tried jumping out of a plane in New Zealand but hot yoga is a bit more accessible in Richmond!

Following a degree in Media and Cultural Studies, Charlotte did a week’s work experience for an events company and was hooked immediately! Over the last decade, she’s worked on some truly special events, including The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the London 2012 Olympics and she’s now a valuable part of our treasured network of freelancers that we call on when things get busy.

Like the rest of the Sleek team, Charlotte is something of a yoga bunny and loves jetting around the world, whether that’s working on the YouTube Beach in Cannes or indulging in some R&R in Sri Lanka. Interior design is a big passion….as is popping on the heating while nobody’s watching…

Natasha has worked in events for the last 12 years and loves the variety – “one minute, delivering multi-million-pound incentives; the next, down on the floor taping a cable!” In 2017, she led the delivery of the biggest incentive program to ever come into Scandinavia and prides herself on her common sense and ability to be as pedantic as required to get the job done properly.

A Swedish native, Natasha bounces between London, Stockholm and Barcelona and has a flair for doing up houses. Her penchant for watching prison documentaries is just about balanced by her love of dancing nostalgically (and badly!) to ‘80s music and drinking well-salted margaritas.

Kim has an Acting degree and is also qualified in Aerial Arts, making her the perfect PA for Jennifer who, as Kim puts it, “needs someone who can swing from one thing to the next without overbalancing!” Her two favourite professional experiences to date have been working at the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics and performing in the pantomime of Peter Pan. Kim’s role at Sleek includes looking after staff welfare and organising fun things to keep the team perky, which is giving her good practice for when her baby starts toddling!

A qualified yoga teacher, Kim is hugely popular with the rest of the Sleek team, who all love a bit of stretching and balancing. Unsurprisingly, her love of chocolate has cemented her popularity.
