Erin joined our Wimbledon events agency straight from university with a degree in French. She loves the variety of her job as an Events Executive. Erin craves new challenges and has learned a lot from the team she works with.
Relaxation for Erin includes a boxset marathon or letting off steam at the gym. She’s tried jumping out of a plane in New Zealand but hot yoga is a bit more accessible in Richmond!
Naomi brings over 11 years’ experience in experiential events to the team. Previously Event Account Director for prestigious brand, Nike, she has produced some of their largest activations – Strike Night, Unlimited London & Phenomenal House. Naomi is just as confident in producing large-scale events as she is exclusive, intimate gatherings with a portfolio crammed with big names such as London Fashion Week, Red Bull Music Academy and electronic music duo, Disclosure.
Her busy work schedule isn’t enough to tire out Naomi. You can often find her enjoying a spin class and she loves skiing, even after four years teaching ski lessons before becoming a full-time Events Manager.
Izzie found Sleek Events online and wanted to work in a lively, vibrant place. Considering her outgoing nature, it’s no surprise to find out she was once an Extra in a Harry Potter movie! She’s worked in an orphanage in Thailand and looked after the first shoes for lots of littlies in Clarks so it’s also no surprise that she has great communication skills.
Whilst Izzie loves walking her dogs, going out with friends and doing yoga and pilates, she also enjoys getting cosy in her PJs on the sofa, watching documentaries.
Following a degree in Media and Cultural Studies, Charlotte did a week’s work experience for an events company and was hooked immediately! Over the last decade, she’s worked on some truly special events, including The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the London 2012 Olympics and she’s now a valuable part of our treasured network of freelancers that we call on when things get busy.
Like the rest of the Sleek team, Charlotte is something of a yoga bunny and loves jetting around the world, whether that’s working on the YouTube Beach in Cannes or indulging in some R&R in Sri Lanka. Interior design is a big passion….as is popping on the heating while nobody’s watching…
Sumee has been working in the events industry since 2001 starting in lighting before going into production management. At Sleek Events, she makes sure the technical aspects of each event are planned, tested and executed to perfection.
When she’s not working, Sumee likes to be climbing mountain regions like Snowdonia or the sea cliffs along the UK’s varied coastline.
Sophie has a decade of experience in the industry, producing a wide range of events for brands including Southern Comfort, Three Mobile and Stella Artois. Acting as Event Consultant to King’s Cross, Sophie curated and managed exhibitions and screenings, as well as producing some of their larger outdoor events, such as festivals on Granary Square attracting over 30,000 visitors. She also recently headed the Nike Global World Cup ‘18 Summit.
Kim has an Acting degree and is also qualified in Aerial Arts, making her the perfect PA for Jennifer who, as Kim puts it, “needs someone who can swing from one thing to the next without overbalancing!” Her two favourite professional experiences to date have been working at the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics and performing in the pantomime of Peter Pan. Kim’s role at Sleek includes looking after staff welfare and organising fun things to keep the team perky, which is giving her good practice for when her baby starts toddling!
A qualified yoga teacher, Kim is hugely popular with the rest of the Sleek team, who all love a bit of stretching and balancing. Unsurprisingly, her love of chocolate has cemented her popularity.
With over a decade of experience in events, Caris slipped in to our Operations Director role seamlessly. She wanted to be part of a fast-growing company and work with an entrepreneurially-spirited team – she definitely found the right match with us! She particularly savours the challenge of getting more bang for your buck and the conceptual process of designing spaces.
Even though she decided to ditch her dream of owning a crutches factory (probably better not to ask?!), she does admit to absolutely loving London – visiting art galleries, meeting friends and eating out.
Claire is another talented graduate of Bournemouth University. Her experience in the hospitality and events industry includes coordinating weddings and private parties at iconic venues such as Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, motivating her to achieve the highest standards in everything she does. Her outgoing and passionate nature makes her a perfect fit as a Project Manager as part of our dream team.
Claire loves the fast-paced, dynamic environment of the industry where no two days are the same, creating memorable experiences. Our incentive travel service was a big draw for Claire as she loves to travel and experience new cultures. She also enjoys an active lifestyle, whether that is working out at the gym or taking part in charity runs in the great outdoors.
Having moved from Italy to London in 2007, Alex has worked in retail, interiors, and events but one of her major passions is music. As our Office Manager, she wants everyone singing from the same hymnsheet and loves our company culture. In fact, the best thing about her job is the people she works with and knowing that she can make someone’s day that little bit easier, every day.
There’s nothing she likes better than curling up on the sofa with a cuppa and a blanket to watch a period drama with her husband and rescue Golden Retriever Louie.
Rachael is our part-time Fixer – she can find you anything, anywhere and at anytime. Her actual job title is Events and Admin Assistant but Queen Fixer is probably more appropriate! She’s been a professional actress (try to guess where you’ve seen her) and owns a popcorn and candy floss business too. She loves that no two days are ever the same when working in events and her favourite thing about working with us is the people.
Along with her candy floss business, Rachael can also juggle (badly) but she doesn’t offer that as a party piece. When she gets a rare spot of spare time, she loves a good Agatha Christie murder mystery.
