Benefits Of Being In The Vibe
Our colleagues have shaped the benefits we offer to our team. They have been selected to help life run more smoothly, to get rewarded, to get active and to ensure there is time to recharge.
Core Hours – You can decide when to start and end your day. Pick a time that works best for you around our core hours. If you need it in the week, you can pick a day to work from home, choosing the day that works best for your schedule.
Holidays – You get 25 days off (with UK public holidays on top). You also get an additional day’s holiday off for each year of service (up to a maximum 5 extra days).
Additional Perks – If your birthday falls on a weekday, take the day off on us —you deserve to celebrate! On the last Friday of each month, we finish early at 15:00. You also get a charity day to volunteer for something that matters to you.
