UK Launch Week

The Challenge

Outreach, a US-based market leading sales engagement platform, had strategic plans to expand into EMEA from America. Outreach connected with Sleek to support their UK launch week. The launch week was to include a relaxed, networking community breakfast, VIP breakfast, and the official Outreach launch party. The experiences needed to connect Outreach with the UK communities and prospective clients, as well as celebrate the two international offices coming together. 

The Solution

Sleek acted as an extension to Outreach’s team and became brand representatives for all event management logistics. The team delivered unique experiences over the week which showcased the brand's values of perseverance, engagement, and innovation. From managing contracts to coordinating branding elements, Sleek ensured a seamless experience for attendees across the various events held at unique venues, such as The Curtain, The Gherkin, and Serata Hall. The week ended with a vibrant drinks reception at Serata Hall, featuring interactive elements including a graffiti wall to boost social media engagement.

The Result

The launch week successfully achieved Outreach's objectives of expanding into EMEA and increasing brand awareness within UK communities.  All three launch events successfully connected the two international offices as well as prospective clients with Outreach team members. Working with a US-based company allowed us to demonstrate our strong ability to communicate effectively, understand our clients’ requirements and create unique events and experiences that bring communities together.
